James spent two decades in global capital markets, most recently leading Asia-Pacific equities for a tier-one investment bank. He founded the firm to back ambitious founders with patient capital, and still chairs every investment committee.

Charlotte runs the engine room: finance, compliance, technology and people. She joined from a global asset manager where she scaled operations across four continents, and she has a gift for making complex things feel simple.

Oliver leads portfolio construction and risk across every strategy. A former macro analyst, he is known for disciplined, research-led conviction and for asking the one question nobody else in the room thought of.

Sophie oversees legal, regulatory and governance matters for the firm and its funds. Before joining she was a partner in a leading corporate law practice, advising on cross-border transactions and fund structuring.

Hugo leads our private equity and private credit investments, partnering with founder-led businesses through their next stage of growth. He sits on several portfolio boards and spends most weeks on the road with management teams.

Isabelle is the first point of contact for our investors, from family offices to global institutions. She brings clarity to every report and update, and believes the best relationships are built on candour and consistency.
